The "New" SUMMITTM Observing Chair
| CLIMB THE "STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN"! The "cat's meow" on this model is the novel additional "mid" step included for ease of reaching the SUMMITTM perch, and once you're there, the standard CATSPERCHTM footrest feature on the "top" step maximizes your seated comfort. For many large scope owners, the availability of the SUMMITTM now means no more awkward "rung ladder" viewing as you stand, stoop or strain somewhere "in between" the best viewing position; as with all CATSPERCHTM Observing Chairs, the SUMMITTM puts you at the right height, sitting comfortably and enjoying the views.

Now the tallest model of the CATSPERCHTM line, the SUMMITTM has an adjustable, unobstructed seat height range of 8 – 52” and can accommodate scopes with an eyepiece height up to 80” at zenith. This chair amazingly weighs in at only 21 lbs and incorporates a wider front foot to insure stability. The optional handsome upholstered seat cushion for the SUMMITTM gets you the ultimate in observing comfort for maximum enjoyment and great seated views at new-found heights . As with all of the CATSPERCHTM observing chairs, the SUMMITTM is available in plans, kits, and finished chairs.
